Automat reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our production-ready applications and services following the posting of revised Terms & Conditions means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2.1 Production Application License

Automat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our production-ready business applications according to your subscription plan. This license applies to all Automat applications including POS systems (Flax, Resto, Dry Cleaning, SalonPOS), Marketing tools (AI Webstore), and Communication platforms (RAJI, EMT, Hours Solution).

Under this license you may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Automat application software
• Redistribute, sell, or lease access to Automat applications to third parties
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use applications beyond the scope of your subscription plan
• Access applications through unauthorized means or bypass security measures
• Use our applications to violate any laws or regulations

2.2 Trial and Consultation Terms

Trial access to Automat applications is provided for evaluation purposes only. Trial periods are limited in time and functionality as specified during signup. Scheduled consultations are provided to demonstrate our production-ready solutions and determine fit for your business workflows.

3.1 Production-Ready Service Standards

Automat strives to maintain high availability for all production applications. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We provide enterprise-grade support channels and commit to rapid response times for production issues.

Our production-ready applications are designed to integrate with your existing workflows. However, we make no warranty that our applications will meet all specific business requirements or integrate seamlessly with all third-party systems.

3.2 Data Security and Backup

Automat implements enterprise-grade security measures to protect your business data across all applications. We maintain regular backups and follow industry best practices for data protection. However, you remain responsible for maintaining your own data backups and ensuring data accuracy.

4.1 Account Security and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Automat account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. This includes managing user access across all Automat applications in your subscription. You agree to immediately notify Automat of any unauthorized use of your account.

Automat reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose security risks to our production systems or other users.

4.2 Business Data and Content

You retain ownership of all business data entered into Automat applications. By using our services, you grant Automat a limited license to process, store, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing our production-ready applications and related support services.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to use all data entered into Automat applications and that such use complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.

5.1 Service Disclaimers

While Automat provides production-ready applications designed for enterprise use, all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Automat does not warrant that our applications will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We do not guarantee that our applications will meet your specific business requirements or integrate perfectly with your existing systems.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Automat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of our applications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Automat is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in our registered location.

6.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the use of Automat applications shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. This ensures efficient resolution that aligns with our enterprise-focused service model.
